There are 54 teachers in College of Humanities, 42 of which are full-time teachers, including 11 professors, 13 associate professors, and 32 doctors (including those enrolled PhD study). A total of 13 teachers have experience studying overseas; one teacher is from the provincial youth academic cadreman support project, 2 from the funding scheme of the Ministry of Education. The school also has a number of domestic and foreign well-known experts and scholars as visiting professors; 2 experts hold the position of 2nd class vice chairman or above in the leadership of the National Academic Society, 3 have the position of vice president or above in the leadership of the Provincial Academic Society.
